Services

Construction professionals: engineers, surveyors, architects

If you don’t have an in-house professional for creating planning drawings, or you find that you are too overloaded to cope using only your full-time staff, please get in touch. We can supply ad-hoc design and drawing support, both in and out of house.

Peter provides practical advice, well presented accurate drawings, a prompt and economic service. Someone I can recommend with confidence.

 Home owners

We can help if you would like a loft extension, a rear or side extension, a reconfiguration of your property or even a new-build. Our process is as follows:

  • Please call us for a chat so we can find out your requirements.

  • If you would like to take things further, you can book a consultation with Peter Whalley. He will visit you at your home, discuss your requirements in more detail and give you plenty of advice, along with an estimate of costs. There is a charge for this service which is redeemable if you proceed to the next stage.

  • When you instruct us, Peter will revisit your home to carry out a measured survey of your existing layout and create a new design for you. Once a new scheme has been approved by you, we will make any necessary amendments and submit drawings to your local authority for planning approval. Once planning permission has been granted, we will then add the necessary notes to our drawings for building regulation approval and liaise with structural engineers, builders, party-wall surveyors and other construction professionals as necessary.

The finished project goes above and beyond my expectations. Simply more than just technical advice and planning, your support and guidance throughout what could be a stressful process has been fantastic.
