Remodelling a detached house in Wandsworth
The brief
Our brief was to strip out, modernise and extend the property prior to resale. We worked closely with a developer and engineer.
What we did
We added ground floor rear and side extensions, reconfigured the ground floor rooms, and added a loft extension. A measured survey of the property was carried out and drawings were made of the existing layout. A selection of feasibility sketches were created showing several solutions. Once our client had decided on a scheme, we supplied drawings for planning application and building regulation approval. The drawings were then suitable for builders’ quotations and engineers’ designs.

The owners were delighted with the outcome, and made a successful sale.
The house now has a spacious extra bedroom and bathroom in the loft extension.
